RETURN & EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Exchange Request: To raise an exchange request, click on this link and follow the steps.
- Return Authorization: Once we have received your request, our executive will reach out to you and do the processing.
- Return Shipping: An amount of ₹100 for first 2 products has to be paid by the customer in case of door pickup during the processing. Else the customer can opt for self-shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment in this case. In case of more than two products, there will be extra charges for door/reverse pickup.
- Exchange Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition with all tags attached. The products can be only exchanged with the same product or different size. You can only return two products at once. Exchange is also subject to availability. In case of unavailability of the product, your request will be declined. Also, products bought in the sale can't be returned or exchanged.
- Refund: There will be a deduction of shipping charges in the case of a refund. The refund can be either done in the wallet or in the original payment method. For a refund in the original payment method, there will be an extra 2.5% charge deduction as processing charges.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not meet our return policy criteria.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation & Refund After Shipping: Shipping charges will be deducted if cancellation is requested after dispatch. Refunds can be processed to the wallet or the original payment method. For refunds to the original payment method, a 2.5% processing fee applies.
Cancellation & Refund Before Shipping: Full Refund can be processed to the wallet if cancellation is requested before the shipment is dispatched. For refunds to the original payment method, a 2.5% processing fee applies.
