Lost & Damaged Policy
At Hashwear, we strive to ensure that every purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that there may be instances where items are lost or damaged during transit. To address such situations, we have implemented the following policy:
Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer you the option of a replacement shipment or a full refund of your purchase in your wallet and you can proceed to re order. Also, if any of your items are missing in the package, you need to notify us as soon as you receive the package. We may also request photos and videos of the unpackaging of your package to verify the claim.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. To facilitate the resolution process, we may request photos and videos of the unpackaging of your package. Once we have assessed the extent of the damage, we will offer you the option of a replacement item or a refund in the wallet. In some cases, we may also arrange for the return of the damaged item at our expense.
Return Shipping: For damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to facilitate the return process. However, if you choose to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or replacement unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Additionally, this policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
